Return Policy
We want you to love your Jumpseat Therapy kit! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our return process works:
Unopened Kits
- If your kit is unopened and in its original packaging, just email your order number to hello@jumpseattherapy.shop.
- You’ll receive a refund to your original payment method, minus a small $5 restocking fee—no questions asked!
Opened Kits (Packaging Torn)
- If your kit has been opened and the packaging is torn, you are still eligible for a partial refund (less the $5 restocking fee).
- Please email your order number and a brief description of the issue to hello@jumpseattherapy.shop.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@jumpseattherapy.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with next steps and return instructions.
- Once we receive your returned kit, we’ll process your refund (full or partial, less the restocking fee) as quickly as possible.
Additional Notes
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- A $5 restocking fee applies to approved returns and is deducted from your refund. This fee does not apply if your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect—just reach out and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
