Return Policy

We want you to love your Jumpseat Therapy kit! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our return process works:

Unopened Kits

  • If your kit is unopened and in its original packaging, just email your order number to hello@jumpseattherapy.shop.
  • You’ll receive a full refund, no questions asked!

Opened Kits (Packaging Torn)

  • If your kit has been opened and the packaging is torn, you are still eligible for a partial refund.
  • Please email your order number and a brief description of the issue to hello@jumpseattherapy.shop.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@jumpseattherapy.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with next steps and return instructions.
  3. Once we receive your returned kit, we’ll process your refund (full or partial) as quickly as possible.

Additional Notes

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • If you have any questions at all, just reach out—our goal is to make returns easy and stress-free!
