We want you to love your Jumpseat Therapy kit! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our return process works:

How to Start a Return

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. You can start a return either way:

• Through your order details in your Jumpseat Therapy account, or
• By emailing us at hello@jumpseattherapy.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.

Refund Amounts

• Unused and unopened kits: 100% refund.
• Opened, partially used, or defective kits: 50% refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the returned kit.

Additional Notes

• Received the wrong item? Email us right away and we’ll make it right.
• Items in our Sale collection are final sale and can’t be returned.
• If you have any questions at all, just reach out—our goal is to make returns easy and stress-free!
