How I Stay Hydrated at 35,000 Feet 💧

Fun fact: the average airplane cabin is drier than the Sahara. No wonder we land feeling tired, puffy, or headache-y.

Here are the hydration habits I swear by after years in the air:

🚰 1. Start before you board
I drink a full bottle of water before I get on the plane. If you wait until you're thirsty, you're already behind.

🧂 2. Add electrolytes
Especially on longer flights or travel days with lots of walking. My favorites: LMNT, Liquid I.V., or even a pinch of salt + lemon in water.

🥤 3. Bring your own bottle
Airport water is expensive. I use a collapsible, reusable water bottle so I can refill it at any gate (and feel a little less wasteful).

🍓 4. Eat water-rich foods
Snacks like cucumbers, berries, oranges, or grapes help you hydrate and snack smart.

Tiny changes, big difference—and they help me feel like myself even after a cross-country red-eye.
